I am taking on the Snowdon Sunrise Challenge to celebrate completing my Foundation Degree as an Assistant Practitioner in Health and Social Care. This achievement signifies more than just academic success; it represents resilience, self-awareness, and the determination to keep going even when the journey feels uphill. The care I provide and the people I support have inspired me every step of the way.

Completing the Snowdon Sunrise Challenge is a way to celebrate how far I have come, honour the growth this journey has provided me, and continue giving back to the patients and community I serve.
