I started working in the NHS in 1981 and I still enjoy being part of this amazing nationwide team. In 2024 I unexpectedly became an inpatient in Lincoln Cardiac Unit and then Glenfield Leicester. I became even more appreciative of the caring hands that helped me recover and get back to work. So if I can challenge myself to climb Snowdon and raise some money to provide much needed help to both our patients and staff I’m ready to give it a go.
