David Lloyd Lincoln Magic Carpet Appeal

David Lloyd Lincoln are proud to continue our support of the children’s wards at Lincoln County Hospital. Last year, thanks to your incredible generosity, we successfully funded three brand‑new Blood Pressure Machines for Rainforest Ward — equipment that is already making a real difference to the care children receive every day.

This year, we’re turning our efforts towards something just as impactful: funding a Magic Carpet for Rainforest Ward. This interactive projection system brings play, distraction, and sensory stimulation to children of all ages, helping reduce anxiety, brighten long hospital stays, and support recovery through engaging, therapeutic activities.

The Magic Carpet will transform the ward’s play and treatment spaces, giving children a much‑needed boost during what can be a frightening or overwhelming time.
